L&T is at the forefront of the 2.1 GWp solar power project, a critical component of Dubai’s ambitious clean energy goals. As part of the sixth phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Solar Park, this largescale initiative will play a vital role in contributing to Dubai’s target of 25% clean energy by 2030 and net zero emissions by 2050.
Upon completion, the project is estimated to generate 2.1 GWp of solar power annually enough to power 2,16,000 homes. The project will reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 3.38 million tonnes while supporting Dubai’s sustainable development. The project will also feature essential infrastructure, such as water pipelines and metering systems, ensuring efficient resource distribution. We are committed to ensuring timely delivery, while setting new standards for quality and productivity in the renewable energy sector.
