Integrated Transit Corridor at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi

We are putting finishing touches to a vital piece in an elaborate traffic solution planned by the Central Government to de-clog the important Mathura & Ring Road-Bhairon Roads comprising the construction of a 1.6 km tunnel, ranging in width from 28.2 m to 42 m, making it India’s widest urban road tunnel. The tunnel features the longest artwork of around 70,000 sqm representing various forms of Indian culture – festivals, rituals, seasons and more. The project involves one of the longest & widest box-pushed tunnels below 7 ‘live’ railway tracks (280m length), 5 underpasses and structures near the Yamuna River at 5.69 m and two cross tunnels 8–9 m below the water table. The project was formally inaugurated by the Prime Minister of India on June 19th, 2022.
