This is the 60-year landmark structure
of ECC, built in its own campus at ECC Headquarters,
Chennai. Commemorated as “HOLCK-LARSEN CENTRE”
(HHL Centre), this architecturally wonderful structure
is dedicated to the memory of L&T’s founding
father and Chairman Emeritus, Henning Holck-Larsen,
who breathed his last on July 27, 2003.
The Centre serves as a permanent exhibition and
is an excellent window for L&T-ECC to showcase
its history and technology-excellence to a large,
discerning target audience. At the same time, to
the external world it is a ‘one-stop-shop’
to get a feel of the organization.
