Infocity Limited (LTIL) |
L&T Infocity Limited (LTIL)
is a JV of L&T and Andhra Pradesh Industrial
Infrastructure Corporation Limited (APIIC). The
company is developing HITEC City (Hyderabad Information
Technology Engineering Consultancy City), spread
over an area of 158 acres in a phased manner spanning
8-10 years.
HITEC City is an integrated techno-township which
comprises office area, commercial space, hotel
and convention centre, club-house, petrol station
with all infrastructure facilities like substation,
road network, parks, rock gardens, sewage disposal,
etc. It provides state-of-the-art facilities such
as uninterrupted power, high bandwidth data communication
and voice communication networks for software
companies, engineering and consultancy firms.
The first phase of the project, Cyber Towers,
with a built-up area of 5.8 lakh sq.ft. is fully
occupied by over 40 companies, including global
IT and commercial players like Microsoft, Oracle,
GE Capital, Hongkong & Shanghai Banking Corporation
and Keane (formerly Metamor). LTIL operates and
maintains all services in HITEC City.
Phase II, Cyber Gateway, with a built-up area
of 8.81 lakh sq.ft. has been constructed in a
modular fashion, along with the development of
essential infrastructure. Plots are also offered
for sale to corporates for building independent
customised facilities. Cyber Gateway houses major
companies like Microsoft, GE Capital, Oracle,
Dell and ICICI Bank.
LTIL is the principal consultant to DMRC for their
IT Park project at Shastri Park in New Delhi.
Apart from undertaking a feasibility study with
financial analysis, LTIL is now providing engineering
& design consultancy (along with EDRC), marketing
and O&M consultancy. Built-to-suit IT Parks
in Hyderabad for international majors like Motorola,
Deloitte Consultancy were also developed by LTIL.
Currently, LTIL is developing a mega residential
township, SERENE COUNTY, on 32 acres of land at
Gachibowli, Hyderabad. SERENE COUNTY offers you
two-, three- and four-bedroom flats of luxury
and elegance with infrastructure like road, water,
treatment plants and power. The common amenities
include a clubhouse, shopping complex, park/play
courts and swimming pool.

Infocity-Ascendas Limited (L&T-IAL) |
In joint venture with ASCENDAS,
the Singapore-based business space solutions provider,
LTIAL has developed an IT complex as Phase III
of HITEC City. Known as ‘Cyber Pearl’,
the project offers five lakh sq.ft. of business
space. The construction is in the final stage
of completion.

Infocity Lanka Private Limited (L&T-ILPL) |
With LTIL as the lead partner
in the SPV, L&T Infocity Lanka Private Limited
(LTILPL) has promoted the IT facility in Colombo.
This exclusive built-to-suit IT Park (185,000 sq.ft.)
is in Rajagiriya, close to the Parliament of Sri
Lanka. The facility has been leased to HSBC Electronic
Data Processing Lanka Private Limited (HDPL) for
an initial lease period of 9 years, with a lock-in
for the entire period of 9 years. This project was
commissioned in April 2005 and HDPL runs a major
IT-enabled service operation of back office processing/call
center from the facility.
LTIL has conceptualised and promoted the project
and is also rendering project management services
to LTILPL. |

Infocity Infrastructure Limited (L&T-IIL) |
L&T Infocity Infrastructure
Limited (LTIIL) is a subsidiary of LTIL and has
undertaken development of an exclusive built-to-suit
IT Park in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Having an area of
180,000 sq.ft, this IT Park was leased to HSBC Electronic
Data Processing India Private Limited (HDPI) for
an initial period of 9 years. The facility was commissioned
in January 2006 and HDPI has commenced its IT-enabled
service operations of back office processing/call
center from the facility. |

IT Park Limited (VIPL) |
VIPL is an associate company of
L&T Infocity Limited. On a plot of two acres,
VIPL has developed an exclusive built-to-suit IT
Park project for HSBC Electronic Data Processing
India Private Limited (HDPI) at Siripuram in the
heart of Visakhapatnam. The facility has about 1,78,000
sq.ft. office space and is leased to HDPI for 9
years.
This first major IT facility in Visakhapatnam was
commissioned in April 2004 for HDPI’s IT-enabled
service operations. |

Tech Park Limited |
L&T Tech Park Limited, a subsidiary of L&T Urban Infrastructure Limited (L&T-IUL) is formed to promote world class IT Parks in Kerala.
L&T Tech Park’s first IT Project will come up on 4-Acre land in the picturesque campus of Infopark Kochi, a Government of Kerala Organization. Located 25 km from the Cochin International Airport and 12 km from the heart of the city, L&T Tech Park will be an ideal destination for IT and ITES Companies.
L&T Tech Park will have a total built-up area of 5.81 Lakh Sq.ft. (53996 sq.m) and a multi level car park of 1.29 lakh sq.ft. (11,989 sq.m). The project will be executed in 2 phases: 4.00 Lakh sq.ft. (37,175 sq.m) in Tejomaya and 1.81 Lakh Sq.ft. (16,822 sq.m) in Swapnalaya.
Phase 1 - THEJOMYA will have an area of approx. 40,000 sq.ft. Per floor and Phase 2 -SWAPNALYA with a floor plate area of 16, 000 Sq.ft offer space in multiples of 10m x 10m grids (1,080 sq.ft.), complete with Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC), back-up power and other state-of-the-art facilities in warm shell specification.
The interiors and exteriors of the buildings are designed to provide conducive working environment to the occupants. Modern lifestyle-enhancing amenities such as a 500-seater Cafeteria, entertainment kiosks, indoors games hall, health club, conference hall, shops, banking facilities etc… - in short, everything that modern-day business enterprises need are provided inside our IT Park.
TEJOMAYA for which construction work has already started will be ready to occupy by August 2007.

Park Development and Construction Limited |
| “Cyber Park” is
a state-of-the-art IT Park in Electronics City,
Bangalore. A Special Purpose Vehicle, Cyber Park
Development & Construction Limited, has developed
the project jointly with Software Technology Parks
of India (STPI). Built over an area of 4.46 acres,
Cyber Park offers a built-up area of 45,539 sq.m
with floor plate of approximately 3,438 sq.m.
It has two identical blocks varying in height
(Block 1 - G+ 6 floors and Block 2 - G+ 4 floors)
and facing each other. There is ample provision
for parking over 600 cars in the 2 level basement,
apart from the open car park area which could
accommodate 40 cars.
Infrastructure facilities include quality power
with DG back-up, exclusive 11 kV feeder with redundancy,
8 passenger elevators and 2 service lifts, OFC
backbone to each floor and centralised fire protection
system with smoke detectors and sprinklers. Amenities
available include a gymnasium, health club, business
centre, fully-equipped 200-seat auditorium and
an amphitheatre.
