L&T South City Projects Limited is a Special Purpose Vehicle of L&T UIL, Dinesh Ranka Associates and Pragnya Trustee and Investment Management Company to develop “Eden Park” an Integrated township at Siruseri off the upcoming IT Corridor Old Mahabalipuram Road in Chennai. The township sprawling nearly 85 acres is coming up besides Tamil Nadu Govt promoted Siruseri SIPCOT IT Park. This project shall primarily cater to the housing needs of around 1.5 lakh IT professionals in and around the IT Park. The occupants of the IT park includes own facilities by TCS (largest ever campus), Cognizant, Patni, Syntel, Verizon, Steria and so on.
The township is to be implemented in phased manner include apartments, villas, school, essential services, health care facilities and shopping spaces. Chennai’s most sought after school, Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan will be starting their third branch inside Eden Park Township from 2011 onwards.
