As part of its R&D efforts, L&T Construction constantly upgrades its knowledge and expertise in construction technology and complements the operations. In additions, it has full-fledged laboratories for concrete and soil testing including asphalt technology at its campus in Chennai.

L&T Construction’s laboratory is NABL (National Accreditation Board for testing & calibration laboratories) certified for mechanical and chemical testing of construction materials. L&T is the first construction company to get the accreditation of this kind.
