Construction Enabling Services Cell (CESC) complements the operation of buildings and factories projects by providing a variety of construction enabling services, which serves as solutions or processes for critical and complex construction works. CESC aims at better utilization of resources by way of systemizing, automating and mechanizing some of the labour intensive site activities resulting in higher productivity and speedier completion.
L&T Formwork
L&T Formwork provides “Total Formwork solutions” for all types of reinforced concrete structures for varied applications. It ensures speedy construction with high levels of accuracy and a superlative concrete finish with enhanced productivity in tandem. It also undertakes design, fabrication and supply of custom-built Formwork assemblies for specialized applications like slipform and tunnel forms.
Steel Service Centre
To improve efficiency and speed of operations, L&T established Steel Service Centres in Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai and Delhi to supply cut and bent reinforcement to projects around the city. These modern well-equipped factories supply cut and bent reinforcement to the tune of approximately 24000 tonnes per annum in each location.
Precast Concrete Centre
L&T is also planning to set-up Precast Concrete Centres across major cities to provide cost effective solutions for affordable construction and meet the demanding and challenging schedules.
