In an agitated state

Placed on surface at the required level with pump / Boom placer

Placement Methods:

Boom placer - For medium size building concreting boom placer is most popular
Stationary pumps - For high rise buildings, stationary pumps are used.
Crane and bucket - Crane and buckets are deployed for small pours at different locations in the same building.
Direct Chute - For foundations direct chutes are used.
Head load - Using Ready mix concrete by head load is not economical and safe.

Standby arrangement for continuity of supply :

With two L&T Concrete plants in most metros continuity of L&T Concrete supply to the customers is assured.

Uniform Concrete:

Since quality of all ingredients is checked before production
and concrete is produced under control condition, the strength
variations of the concrete produced from a particular plant will be
low compared to site mix concrete.
