Line executives and managers involve themselves as faculty
for most of the Inhouse Programmes. 90% of inhouse programme
are conducted by them. |

As line mangers have better understanding of the nature of
business and the unique problem associates with the company/industry,
they are able to design and deliver effective training sessions
keeping the company's and participant's need in mind. |

It has been experienced that the concept of "Learning
Organisation" is getting effectively rooted in ECC through
the above process. |

Sustained effort in training has led to creation of highly
skilled and motivated employees ready to take on higher roles
